Officially announced for 2016
[Update: The website has been updated revealing the above trailer for Attack on Titan (working title) for PS3, PS4, and PS Vita coming in 2016. No real gameplay details have been revealed but I noticed when Eren is flying at the colossal titan there appears to be a massive number of his colleagues behind him. Could this mean you’re playing as the titan? Given who the devs is this would make sense. What do you think?]
Koei Tecmo has had a website counting down to an announcement of a new game taking place on August 5 and now that surprise has been spoiled a bit.
According to an ad on a wrapper of the 17th volume of Attack on Titan, a new game based on the series is in development by Omega Force, the developer of the Dynasty Warriors series. The wrapper notes that the game will be coming to PlayStation this winter but doesn’t specify if that means PS4 or Vita. Why not both?
The official reveal should be coming at 12am PT / 3am ET.
