Atari: RollerCoaster Tycoon on PC ‘completely different’ than mobile game

And it’s coming later

It’s crummy that our gut reaction to a new RollerCoaster Tycoon happening was that of concern instead of sheer joy. After RollerCoaster Tycoon 4 Mobile was announced for iOS, we learned that Atari has plans for a “PC experience” this year as well. There’s more on that front.

Speaking to Digital Spy, Atari senior director of marketing Anthony Chien said “We can’t share that much, but [PC] will definitely be a completely different game. There’s a lot of diehard RC fans that want a PC experience, they want all different sorts of things. It’s trying to deliver as much as we can. First is the mobile version, then it’s the PC experience.”

That’s a welcome statement to hear, don’t get me wrong, but I’m still nervous about the PC game.
