The newest Gauntlet game, titled simply “Gauntlet,” is heading to the PS4 in the form of the Slayer Edition. It originally launched for just the PC platform, and many gamers out there took umbrage with the fact that it wasn’t on a more convenient console edition, so here we are. It’ll arrive on August 11 for $19.99.
I had a major issue with the game’s art style, which could be bland at times, but overall I enjoyed it. It’s not going to top Gauntlet Legends or some of the more classic titles, but it’s a fun romp with friends, and should be even more fun on a console for some of you out there.
