Everyone remembers the iconic Shinra theme from Final Fantasy VII. The shadowy, sleazy company is probably one of the most interesting parts of the game, and members of the organization even make their way into spinoffs like Advent Children. Square Enix seems to be up to something, as they’ve trademarked “Shinra Company” for use in Japan — with the intention of using it in a videogame.

Not a whole lot is known at this point, but maybe we’ll see a spinoff with the Turks, or, you know — another free-to-play browser/mobile game. Now I just want a Final Fantasy VII remake
