After postponing the first North American Splatfest in Splatoon, Nintendo is back with a new date: July 4, 2015. The online event begins at 12:00 AM PT and will carry on, barring technical (err, “tentacle”) difficulties, until 11:59 PM PT. A full day of inking action, then. Come for the fireworks!
This Splatfest is cats vs. dogs, and I’m torn on which team to rep. Dogs, maybe. You’ll want to participate to earn Super Sea Snails, which can be used to reroll gear abilities or earn extra slots.
Maybe just check in to see the Turf Wars stages at night. That should be cool.
