Nasty virus found in two GTA V mods

Real criminals in the criminal sim

If you’ve installed the Angry Planes or NoClip mod for Grand Theft Auto V, you will definitely want to read this. Both mods have been found to include a virus that logs keys amongst other nasty things, such as spam bots that take control of your Twitch, Facebook and YouTube accounts, as well as a bot that can do things with your Steam inventory. Users over at the GTAForums found the viruses and have since provided instructions to remove them.

First time I’ve ever heard of modders including viruses in their mods. Kind of ironic that it is happening in the world’s most popular crime simulator, though. Best of luck to those who are infected.
