You’re looking at Eidos Montréal’s new engine for current-gen consoles and PC, the Dawn Engine. The studio says it “will form the cornerstone” for future core games in the Deus Ex franchise and “any other projects that will help bring the world of Deus Ex to life.”

The image (high resolution here), is intended to show “the level of detail and artistic fidelity that is possible with the Dawn Engine,” but of course I didn’t notice that part of the blog until after scouring for cool Deus Ex nods. Nothin’. Those lights sure look familiar, though.
