Chariot is a local co-op indie game that requires teamwork

Get the King back to his rightful place

Developer Frima Studios has announced a release date and price for their upcoming indie platformer Chariot. It’ll arrive on September 30th for $14.99 on PS4 (October 1st for Xbox One), and on October 22nd in Europe.

The gist is that you’ll have to work together with a partner (or just control both characters yourself) to move an object that holds a sacred King. The King himself is said to deliver lots of ghostly snark, and the platforming actually looks pretty fun.

It will be local co-op only because of the “precision” involved, which wouldn’t work online according to the developer.
