Sacred Tears True is setting sail for western shores this autumn, Nyu Media announced today.
Developed by Japanese indie studio AlphaNuts, Sacred Tears True is a card battle JRPG comprised of 48 standalone episodes with a unified story arc. The tale follows a pair of private investigators that find themselves moonlighting for the local thieves guild in their pursuit of adventure.
The project features an original score from composers Hiroyuki Ojima (Accel World, When They Cry) and Shimotsuki Haruka (Ace Attorney Orchestral Performance), and visuals from Shichinin no Bukiya artist Takashi Konno.
Pending approval via Steam Greenlight, Nyu Media is targeting a September launch for Sacred Tears True and plans to price the JRPG at $9.99.
