Xbox Live Sale Day 6: Metal Gear?!

SNAKKKKEEEE sale

In case you haven’t heard, Xbox Live is having a massive sale for digital Games on Demand titles. Beyond the perpetual games they have discounted throughout the sale, every day features a new set of hot discounts.

After some technical difficulties, the new sale is finally up and ready to tear apart your wallet. Today features some juicy pickups, like Batman Arkham Asylum for $9.99, Fallout 3 for $4.99, Max Payne 3 for $14.99, and Left 4 Dead 2, Metal Gear Solid HD, Metal Gear Solid Peacewalker, Orange Box, and Sid Meier’s Civilization Revolution all for $9.99. Since it was late, it’ll be available for an extra 24 hours

Honestly? I can recommend all of these games. Some more than others, but if you’re too lazy to go out and get some of the Game of the Year Editions complete with DLC for around the same price (Fallout 3), these aren’t terrible prices for a healthy set of good titles.

In particular, I recommend the incredibly underlooked Metal Gear Solid Peacewalker HD, which plays wonderfully on a console with two analog sticks (unless you picked it up on the Vita recently, in which case, it can utilize dual analog controls as well).
