Have a taste of Soul Sacrifice’s music

Composer Wataru Hokoyama went on the PlayStation Blog recently to share one of the songs you’ll get to hear in Soul Sacrifice for the PlayStation Vita.

“An unbelievably gigantic enemy appears before you,” Wataru told PS Blog. “For this piece, I focused on bringing out the full potential of a full scale orchestra by using bold orchestration to depict the immeasurable sense of scale of the enemy’s size and power. I hope the score will make the players feel like, “there is no way I can beat an enemy with this kind of scale.”

The piece sounds quite wonderful, and it’s actually a pleasant surprise to me that the action game is getting a high quality soundtrack. You can check out some more music samples from Soul Sacrifice here.
