Destructoid’s Tokyo Game Show 2012 Cosplay Gallery

Recommended Videos

On the first two press-only days of Tokyo Game Show it’s all business suits and messenger bags, but when the event opens up to the public the cosplayers come out. It’s funny how you’ll never see them around the convention center or even on the show floor, though. Instead, they set up shop for a full day of posing in the outdoor concourses between the large halls of Makuhari Messe.

In these small areas dozens of cosplayers man a spot along the wall from early in the morning and photographers line up in front of each, waiting for their turn to snap some shots. We braved some of those lines today to bring you this gallery. Know that this collection represents only a fraction of the cosplay to be found today.

I’m sure you’ll agree that there’s some great costumes in here. Which one is your favorite?
