Huh? Deus Ex Universe and Hitman Go trademarks found

Good series, odd trademarks

I’m not sure what it is about modern Deus Ex titles and our finding out about them by scouring the internet for trademark listings, but here’s yet another. Siliconera has discovered a few of interest from publisher Square Enix, including Deus Ex Universe which, uh … I don’t know if I like the sound of that. An online game, perhaps? The thing I’m picturing is not appealing.

Square Enix also filed for Hitman Sniper — which sounds reminiscent of the Sniper Challenge standalone for Absolution players — and Hitman Go. I wonder if that’s a mobile take on the series in line with Deus Ex: The Fall. And by “wonder,” I of course mean “hope not.”
