Matthew Bromberg is the new head of BioWare

It’s been nearly a year since BioWare co-founders Greg Zeschuk and Ray Muzyka announced their retirement from the studio behind Dragon Age and Mass Effect. With new titles in each franchise on the way, and Star Wars: The Old Republic still doing its thing, I’ve been anxious to see where the company goes from here. Matthew Bromberg will be leading the way.

He’s the new head of the BioWare label, reports GamesBeat. Bromberg was previously the CEO of Major League Gaming (really!) and the general manager of BioWare Austin. He’ll now have the company’s Edmonton, Montreal, Los Angeles, and Redwood City studios under his control as well.
