Neversoft to develop the next Guitar Hero game?

Recommended Videos

Neversoft is known mostly for their work with the Tony Hawk series, but it looks like they might be adding a certain guitar franchise to their resume in the near future. That’s right, according to Neversoft’s official Web site, they are looking for a few helping hands to work on an unknown Guitar Hero game.

Guitar Hero II was one of the biggest hits of 2006. So, why in the world would Harmonix leave such a great thing behind? Perhaps they want to revive one of their past creations? Or maybe they just want to bring the gaming industry a fresh new IP. Either way, I’m happy.
