Guinness book to add gaming records … again

Recommended Videos

GamePolitics posted an article earlier announcing that the Guinness Book of World Records would once again include gaming records. This would be the first time that the book has included such things in about twenty years, and many would say it’s a step towards legitimization of our past time.

Of course, we can’t help but get the feeling that any attention Guinness does pay to gaming will shadow in comparison to the fantastic work Twin Galaxies has done in the fifteen years it has existed. Inevitably, it will be seen as a pittance towards the growing number of gamers around the world, and the book will continue to focus on The World’s Fattest Elk and The World’s Largest Boil Attached To The Back Of James Brolin.
