Layton Brothers: Mystery Room hits iOS today

‘Who is the mom?’ is the real mystery

Recommended Videos

At some point Professor Layton had a child. We don’t know how it was conceived, or whether or not it was through natural or unnatural means, but lo and behold, Alfendi Layton is a real thing, and he’s starring in his own iOS exclusive game, Layton Brothers: Mystery Room.

The game is free to play for two cases, at which point you can buy the rest — so essentially, the first few cases are a demo. It’s a pretty neat concept, as Mystery Room tasks you with solving mysteries room by room, usually involving gruesome deaths, with the help of your trusty assistant Lucy Baker.

If you want to play the game that should have been called Layton’s Son: Mystery of the Missing Mother, you can find it at that link on iTunes.
