The Blood of Dawnwalker has plenty of useful goodies available for you if you pre-ordered the game. Unlike the Eclipse Edition, the pre-order rewards are available for all.
However, you’ll have to play and clear a fair bit of early game content to reach the stage where you can access these gifts.
How to get your Pre-Order rewards in The Blood of Dawnwalker
When you start playing The Blood of Dawnwalker for the first time, your first task is to clear The Prologue. The Prologue itself is broken down into several missions.
While these quests are not too difficult to complete, they are critical if you want to progress to the latter half of the story. These quests are integral part of the main story, so you can’t skip them.
One such quest in The Prologue is the Smoke and Ashes. This quest appears relatively early, but it also depends on how quickly you have managed to clear the tasks until this point.
To clear the Smoke and Ashes quest, you have to follow the directions according to the objectives. The mission is not too difficult, and I am not going to leave any spoilers here if you are just starting out. Once you clear the quest, you’ll find a letter just like I have shown in the image above.
Next, you’ll find all your Pre-Order rewards directly in the inventory, and you can equip them freely. The Wayfarer Armor set is not overpowered by any means, but it’s a nice head start to have on your journey as Coen.
Completing the Smoke and Ashes also unlocks the A Dawnwalker is Born trophy if you’re looking to be a completionist.
