Get companion content for Hardware: Shipbreakers

Along with the soundtrack, concept art, and land naming rights

I miss the days where you could simply buy a game without contemplating the various pre-order packages, incentives, special editions, and what have you. I’m just a simple fellow. Hardware: Shipbreakers, a game I confess I still know next to nothing about despite conducting an interview on it, is getting a special VIP package which, along with guaranteed beta access, comes with an “in-fiction guide”, detailing the lore and setting of the sci-fi RTS.

As interested as I am with Hardware, I’m a bit put off by the prospect of paying extra to find out more about the game’s setting. Thankfully, Blackbird Interactive are going to be releasing some lore trailers in the near future. The package does come with more typical content, however, including the soundtrack, a gameplay guide, and unreleased concept art. The first 2000 packages will also give players land naming rights, and they can stake their claim on an area of LM-27.
