Game Debate to the Death! Most loyal game company?

SimDebate to the Metacritic Death!

Last week we debated over which of the Dead Space games was most worthy of a trophy, and it was great reading through your comments that brought up gameplay, visuals, scare factors, and other elements to judge the series on. Here are the top three results:

  • Dead Space: 33 votes — winner!
  • Dead Space 2: 25 votes
  • Dead Space 3: 6 votes

I had other plans for this week’s game debate, but the community has spoken. A lot. And pretty much all about SimCity, Amazon, and the perpetually infamous Electronic Arts. So instead of focusing on the bad, let’s focus on something positive. What game developer (not publisher) is the most loyal to its fans out of all the other game companies in the industry?

Is it because of their refusal to let profits change them? Is it their willingness to change to meet all of their fans’ demands? Or maybe it’s their unparalleled customer service? There are plenty of companies to choose from, so think long and hard before voting, and make sure you read through the comments to consider some of the other worthy candidates. Check back next week to see which company gets the crown!
