In the above tier list, we ranked every bloodline in Bloodlines based on the passives and abilities they grant you, at their full progression. Uchiha and Hyuga are the best bloodlines in the game because they allow you to unlock very powerful passive skills and special moves. Close behind them are Uzumaki and Ayrui. Uzumaki is overall an excellent bloodline, while Ayrui is amazing for builds that focus on dishing out Lightning damage.
Edo Tensei and Otsutsuki are two sub-bloodlines that you can spec into after creating your character. Both provide you with decent bonuses. However, Otsutsuki disables most other bloodline passive skills and limits the progression of the Uchiha and Hyuga bloodlines.

Since the current meta in Bloodlines, as far as traits go, revolves around increasing survivability, traits such as Saturated, Immovable, and Slash Resist are at the top of our tier list. Other traits can be useful as well, depending on your build and playstyle. Still, they are not as universally applicable as the S-tier ones.
All Traits in Bloodlines Roblox, Their Effects, and How to Get Them
To obtain a trait, you need to have 100 Ryo and 1 Chakra Fragment on you. Then, go to one of the Chakra Points (the ones used to travel across the map) and destroy (break) it to unlock a trait. Keep in mind that this will block you from being able to travel to and from this Chakra Point, so choose wisely when deciding which Chakra Point to break. Traits can be rerolled at the Slithering Sanin NPC (Near the Training Grounds Chakra Point), but you can have only up to four on your character at a time. The effects of each trait in Bloodlines are in the table below:
