PSN, XBLA to get Voltron: Defender of the Universe

Admittedly, it’s difficult to hear about a Voltron game for Xbox Live Arcade and PlayStation Network and have a reaction that isn’t cynical. THQ will be publishing Voltron: Defender of the Universe in October, with the game promising online co-op for up to five players, and offline co-op for up to two.

Clips from the original show will be integrated, which may very well be the most appealing aspect of this title. IGN has the trailer, so I’ll quit talking and let you make up your own mind. THQ has confirmed that Voltron will cost $10, if money is a major concern here.
