Call of Duty Black Ops 6 Season 5 Multiplayer early patch notes

We have the first official information about the Black Ops 6 Season 5 Multiplayer mode, and there’s plenty to unpack.

Rogue Black Ops is back with the CIA hunting a common enemy, which sets up the fifth season nicely. While we are getting a new map in Zombies, Multiplayer should still have a lot of pull, and for good reason. Let’s cover all we know about the mode from the latest blog.

Black Ops 6 Season 5 Multiplayer maps

Season 5 will have four maps available for the players.

• Runway (Core, 6v6, Medium-Sized): This will be a brand-new addition available at the launch of the new season.
• Exchange (Strike, 6v6/2v2, Small-Sized): This will be another new addition available from launch.
• World Motor Dynasty (Core, 6v6, Medium-sized): The WMD is returning in a remastered version and will be available at launch.
• Jackpot (Core, 6v6, Medium-sized): This Black Ops 4-inspired map will be added in the middle of the season.

Black Ops 6 Season 5 Multiplayer modes

Season 5 will have new and returning modes for fans to explore and enjoy.

• Aim High: Available at launch, headshots will land instant eliminations, while armour reduces damage dealt anywhere below the neck. This mode will be available across Team Deathmatch, Domination, Hardpoint, and Kill Confirmed.
• Sniper Only: The Sniper Only LTM will return in-season, where you will have to play with a sniper rifle only across all available game modes.
• Cranked Moshpit: Another in-season addition, eliminations will give you Perks and activate a bomb countdown. Keep chaining eliminations to save and prevent the bomb from going off.
• Cranked Demolition: This new LTM will arrive mid-season and has you switch between attack and defense while managing two bomb sites.
• Ransack: This returning mode also arrives mid-season, in which you have to score points by looting gold bars. Fill your inventory, and deposit it safely before an enemy eliminates you and steals your loot.
• Blueprint Gunfight: Another returning mode for the mid-season update, you can try out different weapon blueprints while on course to victory.

Black Ops 6 Season 5 Multiplayer additional content

We have a new score streak coming to both Multiplayer and Zombies during the mid-season refresh in Black Ops 6 Season 5.

• Score: 500
• Mastery Badges: Yes

As usual, a new Ranked season will begin, offering fresh camos for you to grind and obtain.
