Weekend PC download deals: Introversion, Ubisoft, THQ

You don’t need me to tell you the Steam summer sale is on, so you all know the drill; check out the daily deals and avoid buying things until the last day to maximize your savings. If you want a tip on today’s deals, then my two picks are Max Payne 3 at 50% off and The Binding of Issac at 75% off.

GOG.com has two sales running over the weekend; first up are Ubisoft strategy and sim titles that are half price, including the likes of Settlers 2, Battle Isle, and IL-2 Sturmovik 1946. Also reduced over the weekend are titles from indie developer Introversion such as Darwinia and DEFCON as well as the rather good point-and-click adventure title Gemini Rue.

Looking over at GamersGate, the space strategy of the Sword of the Stars franchise is cut in price by 75% on the main game and all its expansions. Elsewhere, you can get a THQ action pack featuring five games including Metro 2033 and Darksiders for $14.99. You’ll also get $5 credit towards a future THQ title, such as Darksiders 2 or South Park: The Stick of Truth. Over here in the UK, you can get the wonderful Bully: Scholarship Edition for just £3.50. As always, you guys find a good weekend PC game deal, post it in the comments; it’s much appreciated.
