This is the insanity that is Diabolical Pitch

If you haven’t noticed by now, Destructoid attended a Microsoft Showcase event last week where we got to check out their 2012 line-up. We saw a bunch of titles, such as Grasshopper Manufacture’s Diabolical Pitch.

I went hands-on with the lovely Tara Long and we ran down what you can expect from the game. It’s a pretty simple to play downloadable Kinect title, but at the same time it is weird as f*ck. It’d be even weirder if it wasn’t a weird game seeing as it is Grasshopper though.

It’s also worth noting that the game has come a long way since Tokyo Game Show. It was hard getting Diabolical Pitch to even work properly last year, but this time around the Kinect was able to pick up all of my movements without any annoying lag.
