EA’s online destination for games, Origin, is running a sale promotion today only which sees (nearly) their entire catalog at 40% off. What’s more, if you spend $39.99 or more, you’ll receive free expedited shipping. That’s some big savings if you’re down with the service.
There are a few exceptions to the sale. If you wanted to snag Star Wars: The Old Republic on the cheap, tough cookies to you. In addition, the promotion does not apply to virtual currency or online time codes and “certain other titles” may be excluded. Still, if you were holding out for a good time to grab Battlefield 3, now might be appropriate.
