2K renews WWE contract with a ‘multi-year’ extension

It appears they’ve reached an accord

2K has announced that they’ve extended their partnership with WWE, who is seemingly happy with their progress over the years. Financial terms and the length of the agreement have not been disclosed, but I’ve reached out for more info on the former at the very least. 2K is also doubling down on WWE SuperCard.

Speaking of wrestling games, I really miss the old school, non-simulation arcade titles. I liked the Warzone and WCW vs. nWo: World Tour era just fine, but the Saturday Night Slam Masters and WWF WrestleMania: The Arcade Game era was pretty badass too.
