Today, 1up released a new article in their series of “If we don’t make a new article vaguely related to gaming, we’re going to lose our freakin’ jobs!” articles. This one focuses on the truly abhorrent video game ads that have been spewed forth from such visionaries as John “Better Hair Than Nex” Romero, Pre-Halo Bungie and a ton of peripheral manufacturers.
Compared to these ads, the recent PS3 ads are truly works of art. Perhaps not good art, but at least they’re better than these wretched things …
