Twelve Minutes has been one of the most intriguing-looking games of the past year and today, we finally found out when we’ll be able to get our hands on it. As announced during the Xbox & Bethesda Games Showcase, the Annapurna-published adventure game will launch on August 19, 2021, as a console launch exclusive for the Xbox family of consoles.

Twelve Minutes features the voice talents of Daisey Ridley, James McAvoy, and Willem Dafoe tells the story of “the man,” played by McAvoy, who relives the same 12 minutes of a night with his wife that is interrupted by Dafoe’s intruder. It’s one of those time-loop situations, you know?

This game has been on the radar for a lot of people, so it’s nice to know we won’t have to wait much longer for it.
