These new Deception IV trailers are sufficiently absurd

Want to get an idea of what the gameplay is like in Deception IV? Watch these trailers to see how exactly the trap setting mechanic works. It's not very action oriented, with more of an emphasis on the strategic placement of traps for fun and profit. It may not be for everyone, but I've been waiting years for a Deception follow-up, so expect a full review sometime next week.

Very Quick Tips: Yaiba: Ninja Gaiden Z

Yaiba: Ninja Gaiden Z doesn't really offer up a deep combat system, but depending on what enemies you're fighting, it can get pretty intense -- especially on higher difficulty levels. Here are a few quick tips to help you on your quest to destroy the undead horde.

Review: Yaiba: Ninja Gaiden Z

I really didn't know what to expect from Yaiba: Ninja Gaiden Z.

On one hand, it has the Ninja Gaiden name (which, admittedly, doesn't have much sway these days) and Keiji Inafune attached. But on the other, you have Spark Unlimited and the so-so grindhouse setup that kind of fell flat with a series of dull trailers.

The end result is a game that attempts to try a lot of different concepts, and only succeeds at a select few.

You'll fight mutant infants in Yaiba: Ninja Gaiden Z

I'm pretty tired of looking at Yaiba: Ninja Gaiden Z. The seemingly endless parade of trailers and screenshots trying to be more extreme than the last batch is wearing on me. The longer it goes on, the more I have to wo...

Sexy horse traps in Deception IV's Rube Goldberg machine

I was watching Mouse Hunt the other day expecting it to not hold up since seeing it in theaters in 1997. Remember when a children's film could start with a bleak funeral that ends with a body in a sewer and continue towards ...

Zombies make out in this Yaiba: Ninja Gaiden Z video

Yaiba: Ninja Gaiden Z looks disgusting; over-the-top; insane; and unabashedly offensive, yet I still can't wait to give it a go. The latest trailer above sheds some light on a few of the game's more interesting costumes, and let's just say the school girl outfit is not quite what one would expect. Will you be picking up Yaiba: Ninja Gaiden Z when it drops this March?

New Deception IV: Blood Ties JP trailer is fantastic

Koei Tecmo does not let us down in this new trailer for Deception IV: Blood Ties. In just two short minutes you get brain bashing, face caging, stone crushing, horse racking, bomb bowling, pole bonking, and so much more. Stick around for the very end of the video, too. We just recently learned that the release date for Deception IV: Blood Ties is set for March 25. I can't wait.

Hyrule Warriors is Dynasty Warriors with Link in it
by Kyle MacGregor

Nintendo has lost its mind. (In a good way. I think.) During this morning's Nintendo Direct presentation, company president Satoru Iwata revealed a collaboration with Tecmo Koei tentatively called Hyrule Warriors.

The working title looks to combine Dynasty Warriors' hack and slash formula with The Legend of Zelda's universe. Weird! It's coming to Wii U sometime in 2014.
