It's official. Hollywood is completely out of ideas. Not only are they looking to video game franchises for new movies, they are actually going back to ideas that they already screwed up. Jonathan (who is getting a pony for tipping us off to this news), sent us a link to a story on Aint It Cool News regarding the new Street Fighter movie that is in the works. Based on the reaction we've seen over there, absolutely no living person thinks this is a good idea, and we're left to assume that this is just another video game-based cash-in for the suits in Hollywood. Destructoid is going out on a long limb to say that you shouldn't expect anything to come from this movie, other than fanboy vitriol and a new Porsche for a fat guy in a suit.
