I couldn't kill this damned orc in Shadow of Mordor

Our first hands-on session with Middle-Earth: Shadow of Mordor had me going up against some orc bodyguards to take out their boss, a war chief. If you recall from my preview, there was one orc that escaped me. His name? ...

E3 10: New Mortal Kombat will indeed be gory photo
E3 10: New Mortal Kombat will indeed be gory
by Hamza CTZ Aziz

Sure, the new Mortal Kombat trailer makes it look like the game will be returning to it's gory heritage. Of course, WB could very well pull a MK vs DC and not always show you the gore. Thankfully, we can be certain the series will be as brutal as ever as evidence by the Mortal Kombat banners lining the West Hall entrance of E3 2010 this year.

As you can see above, the words "Finish Him!" are displayed right next to some poor guy who's getting his head ripped off clean. Another banner shows what looks like Sub-Zero proudly holding up the decapitated head with spine attached as the phrase "Fatality" is displayed.

It feels like the '90s all over again! We'll be sure to bring you some gory coverage of the new Mortal Kombat at E3 this week.
