Downloadable puzzle title Zuma is going social. Earlier this morning, PopCap Games announced the launch of a public beta for Zuma Web Connect, a browser version of Zuma that harnesses the might of Facebook. Players can compare scores and share the game with others via their profiles. It’s so Web 2.0.

Several months ago PopCap launched a browser-based version of Bejeweled called Bejeweled Blitz in much this same manner. Over the course of the six-month beta (now concluded) around five million users rocked the game every month.
