ZeniMax trademarks ‘Brink’

ZeniMax Media Inc. — the parent company of Bethesda Softworks — recently filed a UPSTO trademark for the videogame title “Brink.” Cue the spooky music.

As is usual, there isn’t a sliver of information in the trademark papers about what the game is or even a solid lead on what platform it may rear its head (if ever). Gamespot is guessing Brink could be the mysterious project Bethesda and Splash Damage have been working on for quite some time. (It’s very hush-hush.)

E3 is a’coming soon, so there’s at least a chance we’ll be able to see what Brink is about. Then again, we may never know. Trademarks are slippery like that.
