Yandere Simulator adds new option for the schoolgirl-killing-averse

Making friends for all the wrong reasons

Last month, the Hitman-style schoolgirl murder sim Yandere Simulator introduced a new, non-lethal way to eliminate rivals for senpai's attention: snitching. This month's update builds on that by adding an additional non-lethal, this time non-disastrous (no expulsions here) way to eliminate competitors.

I mean, it does involve kidnapping a different girl and tying her up in your basement.

"Kokona is the 'test dummy' rival, so it’s easy to make her give up on Senpai; she only exists for testing and demonstrating features," a dev blog post reads. "The other girls probably won’t be willing to give up on Senpai so easily. After you have earned a girl’s trust and respect, she might give you a 'challenge' of some kind, in order to make you 'prove' that you are the most worthy girl for Senpai."

The video also hints at the next elimination method, match-making, which I imagine involves pairing your rivals with other boys and not ruining some girls life by kidnapping her and tying her up in a basement. Or maybe it does!
