Will you explore the bunker?
Another month, another slew of games being added to Xbox Game Pass. Typically games new games are added to the service twice a month, so this is essentially the first wave of games for June. This time there’s a little bit of everything, but the headline game here is certainly Amnesia: The Bunker. The horror game suffered yet another delay last month, but the confirmation of its inclusion to the Game Pass as a day one release is probably a good indicator it’s finally releasing.
Fans of Hypnospace Outlaw—which is also returning to the Pass this wave—will be happy to see the next title in the Hypnospace universe on the Game Pass day one. Slayers X: Terminal Aftermath: Vengeance of the Slayer looks a lot like a Doom WAD.
Additionally, available today as a day one release is Farworld Pioneers. The game reminds me of Starbound and the gameplay sounds similar. Explore the universe in this open-world sci-fi sandbox as you craft, build, mine and farm. The game also features multiplayer servers with up to 32 players. Fans of Terraria should definitely give this one a look as well. Also arriving day one is Chicory: A Colorful Tale, which was Destructoid’s selection for Best Overall Game of 2021!
