We’ve become used to Xbox 360 system failure as much as we we have to broken chips in the bottom of the Doritos bag. It’s a shame that the system with so much great game content has so many reliability issues. Now Bill Gates says that they aim to have ” the most reliable video game box out there.” Video Game box?
We’ve got incredible reliability on the new work we’ve done…Our commitment is that it will be the most reliable video game box out there. People really love the Xbox because of the content, but we’ve got to make sure that the hardware never stands in the way of that.
Gizmodo says that Gates is referring to the newer, cooler-running Falcon chipset.
Will switching out cooler running chips solve the RRoD problems? Do you actually think a day will come when we’ll think of the Xbox 360 as reliable?
