Who is Bill Brown? Billy? Bill-bo? He’s kind of a badass in the multimedia and film composing world. You’re probably heard his work. On the film and television side, he scored Any Given Sunday, Ali, and CSI: NY. On the games side, he has done so much more, including soundtracks for titles like Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon and GR 2, Rainbow Six 3: Black Arrow, The Sum of All Fears, Lineage II and tons more. He also did the music for Return to Castle Wolfenstein, and now he’s back for Wolfenstein, the upcoming PS3, Xbox 360 and PC game from Activision and id.

He’s a big enough name in the music world that Activision is proud to boast that he’s doing Wolfenstein. I would be, too.

“Bill crafted the perfect soundtrack when we previously worked together on Return to Castle Wolfenstein and his experience and passion for the franchise will once again allow him to deliver an incredible score that draws the player deeper into the Wolfenstein universe,” says Kevin Cloud, executive producer at id Software.

So the game will sound pretty good. What do you think about how it’s looking?
