Watch Dogs has a viral webpage, obviously

Who watches the watchmen?

If you were paying close attention to the latest Watch Dogs trailer, you might have noticed a web address for the game world's Central Operating Network (ctOS). Visiting http://chicago-ctos.com/ takes you to a black page with ASCII text indicating that the site has been taken over by a group called "DedSec."

Also on the page is a Latin phrase that reads "Quis Custodiet Costodes Ipsos." It loosely translates into the very Alan Moore-ish "Who watches the watchmen?"

Aaaaaand... that's about it. Make of it what you will.
