Sony’s revolutionary dance party simulator (Home) has been experiencing some connectivity problems since its open beta launch last week. Because of the problems, Sony added facial hair to the customization options and disbanded voice chat. Today, Sony is giving back users the ability to speak in personal places and clubhouses.
Update 1.05 won’t add any new buildings or restructure the Central Plaza but it should allow users to better coordinate conga lines in their clubhouses. It is commonly conveyed to us that text chat is hard to bring up when in the heat of a good groove or if there is a pretty virtual woman around that needs proper swooning.
The reintroduction of voice chat will not help people who want to scream vulgarities while others wait in line to play arcade machines.
