Vergil revealed in latest DmC: Devil May Cry trailer

Say what you will about the makeover Dante has received for the upcoming reboot of Devil May Cry (Lord knows, no force on Earth seems capable of preventing it), but some of these changes really do look like they're for the better. Like Vergil, for example, revealed today as part of Capcom's press event for Gamescom. Dante's twin brother returns as the leader of an organization pitted against the forces of Hell, The Order.

I love the way he looks and, though this trailer reveals just a little taste of the character, my immediate reaction was not to laugh out loud and that's pretty good for a character in this franchise. Trailers like this make the game appear to be genuinely dark, rather than a whole mess of over-the-top, heavy metal evil and the change appeals to me in a big way. Gimme.
