Tiny, adorable NieR: Automata figurines available to pre-order

2B 2Cute

Square Enix and Trading Arts have announced that they will release boxsets of mini figurines, based on characters from 2017's emo-smash NieR: Automata. The box-set features 10 randomly assorted figures from a collection of 11 characters, including one "secret" character.

The range features stars 2B, 9S, A2, Operator 210 and Machine, with each character receiving his or her own variant. Although that amounts to ten figures, and there are ten figures in each box, it appears that the fashionable "You don't know what you're getting" schtick is in effect. Why buy something you want when you can spend fifty bucks and hope instead? Ehhh, old man rant over.

The cutesy figurines are the chibi-est of chibi, standing at a mere 36mm in height. Each comes with a clear plastic base and the gang would look absolutely darling in anyone's collection. Anyone interested in pre-ordering the set should head over to the AmiAmi store where you can pre-order a box for a limited time price of ¥5,980/$55/£40.

The NieR: Automata Trading Arts Box is expected to arrive in May.
