Three more games added to ‘XBLA Hits’ line-up

Recommended Videos

Let’s start with the good news first: three Xbox LIVE Arcade games have been added to the “Hits” program, which means they are going to be dropped from $10 a piece down to $5 starting this Wednesday when the pricing goes into effect. The bad news?

They’re all sort of games no one is going to be thrilled about. Brain Challenge, 3D Ultra Minigolf, and Street Fighter II’ Hyper Fighting … yeah. Now I could see someone arguing otherwise for that last one, but really, with HD Remix out on the Marketplace, the game loses significance.

On the flip side, all three XBLA games must have sold well, otherwise they wouldn’t have become “Hits.” Tell me, are any of you thinking of getting one (or more) once they go down in price?
