A System Update is scheduled to hit Xbox LIVE this afternoon, but there’s no sense in celebrating the progress of the status bar. As Major Nelson is advising via his blog, this is not the update that adds all those E3-announced goodies like Twitter and Facebook and Last.FM. This is just one of those mandatory updates that does something only tech gremlins or a wizard can understand. At the end of the day, it adds WPA 2 Wireless Adapter support. Whatever that is.
