These League of Legends screens look familiar

Want to know what these screenshots remind me of? Tropical Skittles, and yes, I’m being completely serious here. Don’t lie — you can see it now too, can’t you? Just look at that color palette!

Dale got down and dirty with League of Legends: Clash of Fates recently at GDC 09, and he seemed to enjoy the spiritual sequel to Defense of the Ancients quite a bit. It’s great to hear that someone like him who hadn’t played the Warcraft 3 mod was able to get behind the concept, and hopefully it means good things for Riot Games.

Glance over the gallery for the rest of the images. Personally, I become physically ill thinking about snow, but I can stomach it just this once for LoL (fantastic acronym, isn’t it?).
