There's a Final Fantasy XV mod to replace Ardyn with Jafar

This works on so many levels

It warms my heart to see modders let loose in Final Fantasy XV: Windows Edition.

We've got folks decking Ignis out in full chef attire, a guest appearance from Xenoblade Chronicles' Monado, and NieR: Automata's 2B taking a break from all the merciless robot slaughter for a road trip with the boys. It's only been a couple of months, but the FFXV modding scene is coming together.

I recently ran through the most popular mods on Steam Workshop when something caught my eye.

Could it be...?

Jafar is a perfect fit for FFXV

With an assist from DeviantArt's silverhikari, Final Fantasy XV modder AaronTheSnob had the silly yet brilliant idea to swap the game's conniving antagonist Ardyn with none other than Aladdin's Jafar.

I love everything about this idea and how it'll affect certain scenes. You can download the mod right here or look at some increasingly outlandish screenshots in the gallery below. Good stuff, my dude.
