The Smash DOJO!! recap: This is not the end

Recommended Videos

Super Smash Bros. Brawl is now out in Japan but the DOJO continues to update. Starting off on Monday, Sakurai went over the Vault. He basically went over every detail from the six options at the main menu. On Tuesday, he revealed all the songs that are unlocked at the beginning of the game. The starting roster of 21 characters was revealed on Wednesday. All the options for the characters and stages were detailed here.

Thursday was basically Monday’s update, but in video form. Sakurai also revealed that the DOJO would be shutting down in about two months. Now that the game is out, the DOJO will be revealing all the hidden characters, hidden stages, new features and everything that about the game that hasn’t been revealed yet. So with that said, the DOJO has just been redesigned and now has a warning gate for readers who don’t want to be spoiled. Before you make the jump for the spoilers, know that I now hate doing this post because everything will be ruined for me. I hope you’re happy.

Granted, we already know that Ness is in Brawl thanks to that Sticker update and all the stuff that’s flying around. Still, there are people who are trying to not see these spoilers until they get their hands on the game. Ness’s special moves are revealed and Sakurai showed the difference between Ness’s powers to Lucas’s powers. Ness’s Final Smash is also revealed which has him bringing down comets onto the battlefield. Sakurai has also added a new feature that tells readers how they will need to unlock Ness to play as him.

The next two months of this feature will be filled with spoilers, so expect a slight name change. Otherwise, what did you think of the DOJO week?
