That impressive Morrowind mod for Skyrim is coming along

0

But it could use help

Even if a game doesn't have groundbreaking progress to share, sometimes it's nice just to check in and hear that it's still in production. That goes double for passion projects like the mod Skywind.

The folks behind this Morrowind mod for The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim haven't stopped plugging away. Part four of the team's development video series serves as an overview as well as a call to arms.

"The scope year by year has become more ambitious as we have had an increasing number of members and level of talent join the team. As such, the quality of the game has increased by huge magnitudes since its modest conversion, but with this increasing scope also comes a lot more time. We have reached significant milestones in realizing this dream, but we cannot estimate a release."

In other words, it'll be ready when it's done. So until then, hang tight.

"We know that with the community backing us, and much-needed volunteers stepping up to the challenge, that we will achieve what we set out to do: to recreate the world of Morrowind in an exciting and beautiful new way."
