Terminator is available today in Mortal Kombat 11 for Kombat Pass owners

'With these weapons?.. I don't know'

The world of Mortal Kombat 11 just got a little bit more dangerous, as NetherRealm Studios will release - nay, unleash - the latest DLC character, Terminator T-800, onto the gory fighting game's roster today.

During this "early access" period, Terminator T-800 will be readily available for all players who have picked up the "Kombat Pass", before becoming available to purchase to the community at large next week. Historically, guest characters have always brought the bucks rolling in for NetherRealm and, given the buzz surrounding this cyborg psycho, Terminator will be no exception.

Terminator T-800 uses the likeness of Hollywood superstar and former Governor of California Arnold Schwarzenegger, although his dialogue is performed by a soundalike. Packed to the rafters with powerful attacks, projectile absorbing defence, a teleport, and the ability to strip down to his endoskeleton for a last-ditch armoured assault, big Arnie is looking to cause big trouble for the MK faithful.

The next DLC character, and my personal favourite MK character, is Sindel, who comes gliding into the game in all her regal glory November 26. I'm getting the cold sweats already.

Mortal Kombat 11
is available now on PS4, PC, Xbox One and Nintendo Switch.
