With a name like Star Wars: Force Unleashed, this is one game that you’d expect to make the Force look at least a little bit awesome. Having just watched this video, which discusses the three different physics engines that LucasArts is bringing to the table, I have no doubt in my mind that this game is going to indeed, unleash some awesome Force.

While not a huge Star Wars fan, I want this game pretty bad. The sight of stormtroopers flying around in the air, holding onto each other for dear life, is worth the price of entry alone, and the whole thing just looks gorgeous. If only George Lucas didn’t have his grubby hand in it, I’d be pretty excited for the great story idea too. Oh well.

Star Wars: Force Unleashed should be hitting shelves this Summer and should provide excellent coverage for the mid-year drought, provided LucasArts makes a game that plays as great as it looks.
